HOW TO CLEAN OUR LEATHER
We recommend that you work with a leather professional to clean your shoes.
For minor marks, try lightly buffing them away with a dry cloth. Beyond that, use a horsehair brush to remove superficial dirt and dust before applying any polish or conditioner. Regular brushing prevents dirt from grinding into the leather fibers.
These are the steps we recommend to keeping the leather of your shoes healthy. Of course, there are additional steps that can be taken for thorough sole care, burnishing, or mirror shining.
HOW TO CLEAN OUR JEWELRY (and CHARMS)
Wash with warm water and a drop of gentle dish soap. Use a soft brush or cloth, then dry thoroughly. For some of our pieces, the plating may fade over time and can be re-plated to restore brightness. Avoid chlorine or other chemicals which can weaken the materials. Keep away from abrasive surfaces. Good for everyday wear but should be routinely cleaned. Store pieces separately to minimize scratching.
CUBIC ZIRCONIA
Cleaning: Soak in warm water with mild dish soap, then gently brush with a soft toothbrush. Rinse and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
Care Cautions: Even though our settings are typically crafted with copper, their settings can loosen over time. It’s recommended to check prongs or bezels periodically.
Wear Recommendations: Cubic Zirconia jewelry can be worn daily, but it’s best to take it off before any high-impact activity or contact with abrasive surfaces.
CERAMIC
The biggest danger to ceramic is cracking due to the impact of dropping it on hard surfaces. Wrap ceramic jewelry in a soft cloth before storing to prevent the jewelry from sustaining chips or scratches from your other jewelry.
WHAT TO AVOID?
Apply makeup, perfume and hair spray before putting on jewelry, and do not wear your gold or enameled pieces in a swimming pool.
