Shipping policy

At Chee, each order is packed carefully in small batches from our studio. We aim to ship orders as efficiently and thoughtfully as possible.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

During launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you directly via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates vary by product and destination. You’ll see the final cost at checkout. 

Estimated delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it’s on the way. 

International Shipping

We do ship internationally, at our own discretion, so please email concierge to show your interest. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means duties and taxes are included in your checkout total. You'll see a full cost breakdown before completing your purchase, if we set something up for you to purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Tracking updates occur once scanned by the carrier. If there's no movement after 20 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us.

International orders can take up to 14 business days or more, depending on your location and customs processing. If 30 days have passed and tracking hasn't updated, check with your local post office and then contact us with your order number.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." We recommend shipping to a secure address. If tracking hasn’t updated after 20 (U.S.) or 30 (international) days, reach out to us.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before placing an order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Preorders & Made-to-Order Items

If an item is marked as preorder or made-to-order, estimated shipping timelines will be noted on the product page.

Orders containing preorder items may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise specified.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders may ship separately depending on inventory availability or packaging requirements.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if this occurs.
