RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We offer a 5-day return window. Said differently, you will have five days from the date you receive your order to request a return, and an additional five days to ship the item back to us. Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Please read below for detailed information on our return and refund policies as some items are non-returnable such as sales items and items with use.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Initiate a return by filling out our contact form. Please note all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this time, we only provide free return labels for domestic shipments -- if returning an international shipment, please provide us with your tracking number so we can better assist you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluation the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or collaboration items.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to help you with an exchange. Please email us at concierge@wearchee.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to swap out. We urge you to review our size guide before placing an order to avoid the need for exchanges.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us again via our Contact Form.
